A physician-led family medicine practice focused on protecting and optimizing your long-term healthspan — through bespoke, concierge-level healthcare centered on exercise, nutrition, sleep, and human connection.
Our four pillars represent the core drivers of long-term healthspan: exercise, nutrition, sleep, and meaningful human connection. Pillar Healthspan's entire model of care is organized around improving those core foundations through evidence-based, physician-led medicine.
At Pillar Healthspan, we believe long-term health is built through the daily behaviors that most influence human performance and longevity — movement, nutrition, recovery, and connection.
Our model combines physician-led primary care with evidence-based healthspan medicine to help patients preserve strength, cognitive vitality, metabolic health, and independence for decades to come.

Dr. Sadler is a board-certified family medicine physician with a background in primary care, medical leadership, and applied microeconomics. He founded Pillar Healthspan to create a more proactive, evidence-based model of medicine focused on helping patients maximize long-term health, resilience, and quality of life.
Throughout his career, Dr. Sadler has cared for diverse patient populations across military medicine, veteran healthcare, and community primary care while also serving in physician leadership roles overseeing clinical operations, quality standards, and physician training. His experience includes work in preventive medicine, sports medicine, operational medicine, and longevity-focused biomarker analysis.
At Pillar Healthspan, his philosophy centers on the belief that the greatest drivers of long-term health are often the most foundational: exercise, nutrition, sleep, and meaningful relationships. Rather than reacting to disease after it develops, he works closely with patients to strengthen physiologic reserve, improve metabolic and cardiovascular health, and preserve long-term function and independence.
His approach combines modern evidence-based medicine with the accessibility, trust, and continuity of a traditional physician–patient relationship — helping patients build a stronger, healthier future over decades, not just years.
Open enrollment for founding members. Limited panel — built to keep the relationship at the center.
